Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne also has a heart for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the writer of several online articles as well as a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
